Kollywood actor Suriya’s grandiose action-fantasy drama Kanguva, was released on November 14 amid unheard-of expectations and anticipation, was a huge box office flop. Critics and moviegoers criticized the Siva filmmaker for his lack of emotional impact and other technical issues.
For the past two days, Kanguva’s OTT release has generated a lot of talk despite its dismal box office results. Last night, the expensive performer finally made its digital debut on the massive streaming service Amazon Prime Video. It’s interesting to note that the creators of Kanguva cut the film by 12 minutes for its digital debut in response to the unfavorable reviews.
Bollywood actors Bobby Deol and Disha Patani starred in the key roles of Kanguva, while Suriya played two parts in this joint production by Studio Green and UV Creations. Devi Sri Prasad composed the soundtrack for the movie.
